Starting FORTEO tomorrow and so nervous.

I came here to ask for tips on that. I have taken several travel vacations (bike and barge and hiking the Camino de Santiago). I have no idea how I'd keep it refrigerated on those kinds of adventures.

What did you do AFTER Forteo? Did you and your MD come up with a life plan?

@babs10 Tymlos is similar to Forteo in its action, but does not need refrigeration. However it cannot get too warm! You might want to check diabetes supplies, which often include a kind of purse with an ice pack for insulin, including insulin pens that are a similar size and shape.
