Just in case you haven't done this yet, you can go to the Mayo Clinic's website to see which endocrinologists work at each of Mayo's locations and read their bio's. When trying to narrow down a choice of doctors, I found it especially helpful to review the article/research listings as that confirmed for me if they had an interest and indepth knowledge in the specific area where I'm seeking additional information.
