I responded to that for often a bigger picture leaves a different perspective.

I started with the fact that recommendations from people I trust (been following her a few years - pure heart) are part of my homework in this untrustworthy supplement world.

But it is all mute now; appears the article and my comments have been removed. So - not a trustworthy place to do homework for me.

Yes, I too felt the information ended with a commercial but I've heard some of the same information from a doctor who believes in more natural medical practices. Ugh....that's why I find determining my personal practices and goals is so overwhelming and why a 2nd (or maybe 3rd ) opinion is so important to me.
