Yes, it packs a wallop. Most Docs are saying to begin with 2- 4 mgs per day - you can cut up patches. Or use lozenges. I asm on lozenges; and go through a tingling feeling all over as it hits the receptors all over my body. they are saying it has binding affect and washes cells of

You might try lower does and slowly build - or not.
