Hi @smallisland, I notice that you posted elsewhere about your daughter having repeat infections

"My daughter has been diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis and has been on Methotrexate and Humira. She has developed an infection in her breast which has required two lots of antibiotic. My question: how do people on these drugs protect themselves from repeated infections?"

Do they know what caused the infection in her breast? Do you know what type of inflammatory arthritis she has, for example rheumatoid arthritis (RA), ankylosing spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis?

I have weekly methotrexate injections and have been taking hydroxyquine daily for a shorter time. I was warned about reduced immunity so try to remember to wear a mask when shopping etc. I had to have a special eye test done along with my standard exam because long term use can be an issue. This was my first so sets the baseline.

My daughter has undiffereniated inflammatory arthritis
