I have seen many many cases of varying skin conditions eliminated by food changes. I did not have severe skin ailments, just small ones. But mine are gone. I am grateful. Eliminate all sugars and processed foods. Low carb /no carb (I do less than 20 a day is my goal) and I spread those out over the day. Got rid of 99% of my inflammation

Thank you for your response. I will start my research. I want to know what it is and where it stems from.

Unfortunately, I could not obtain an appointment with the Mayo Clinic at the Dermatology Dept as they have reached their CAP on patients who have Medicare.
