I have had two frozen shoulders (in 2000 and 2005.) one fixed by tearing it and one with arthroscopy. Both ok long term. Steroid shot and PT did not fix, but PT after both procedures was good and needed.

I had a sudden onset of Adhesive capsulitis back in 2010. The specialist gave me steroid shots and that took it away. After I started doing aqua aerobics 3 times a week and I never had another problem. Tension of the water is perfect exercise for the shoulders
