Hi Zebra
The benefits of having online resources i.e. Mayo Connect, LacNets, Ronny Allen and Dr. Google is the amount of info that we can gather and know the questions to ask. It's true that there are good and bad doctors and responses and knowing more puts you in a better position.

As an aside- Santa Barbara was my home for many years. Fond memories.

Santa Barbara is beautiful and the coastal drive along highway 1 is amazing!
