Non diabetic PN without vascular compromise is unlikely to lead to amputation. If your blood vessels in your legs are healthy and you are not a diabetic you technically should be good. But you need to keep watch on your feet and legs for bruises and small injuries you may not experience due to loss of feeling. I have non-diabetic PN and walk 2 miles daily with sticks. I don’t want to fall again.
