What have you tried? Some people are successful with programs like Weight Watchers others need additional assistance. There are many options currently with diets, meal replacements, medication and surgery. There is not one solution that fits everyone. I think I tried everything before finally having surgery, that was over 10 years ago. It is important to pick a program you can follow and fits your lifestyle.

The first step might be talking to your primary care provider about options and a referral.

Seeing you are in Eau Claire, Wi, your medical care is probably from Mayo Health System or Gunderson. Both have weight loss programs.

I have tried weight watchers, fasting, keto, no carb, when was on the wegovy shot for a while. With have Crohn’s disease I can’t eat a lot of food that most people can!
