Yes Ray this b6 thing is quite frustrating. Hope you get answers. I find various articles about b6 toxicity. If it were me I wouldn't take anything with the bad b6 as you mentioned are in the multivitamin . I'm not sure about the p5p. That's a fascinating article, @bb0753. Thanks for sending it. I'm going to show the article to my partner. She was quite concerned when last evening I mentioned my puzzlement over my super-abundance of B6, particularly the 647% of RDN I've been getting from the two supplements: multivitamin and B-Complex. You've probably seen the post John (@johnbishop) left asking if I might consider temporarily halting my B6 intake and then get new lab results. That's exactly what I plan to do. –Ray (@ray666)
