I work with an honest R&D department. We found that minerals in multis were crystalizing in the small intestines in great numbers - mostly turning into free radicals, destroying any antioxidants around them.

We tested 250 name brand supplements - all of them had the problem.

The fix is a patented process called Oligo Fructose Compounding - causing 10x’s more absorbency of minerals (like calcium).

The point - if your calcium doesn’t have Oligo, you are not getting what you need. And mega doses are a problem.

Could you elaborate the study, or give a link of any published data? Whats the ingredient(s) or chemical description of oligo fructose? Thanks!

@joyboudreau,
Would this mean that the algae calcium/ mineral supplements would also cause problems? It is supposed to be more easily absorbed than the other calcium supplements.
