Is there any way to make non-diabetic neuropathy go away once you have it? It’s too late for me for prevention.

There is no cure but there are many different treatments that may provide relief for the symptoms. I've mentioned these before but in case you haven't seen the list on Foundation for Peripheral Neuropathy's website - https://www.foundationforpn.org/treatments/.

There are also many different discussions on Connect of treatments members have tried and shared their experience. Yes it takes to long to find out what you are dealing with. Than no one has answers to why
