You might have a stress fracture. I would encourage you to see a Podiatrist or an Othropedic. I have had several stress fractures in the same foot since I was diagnosed 12 years ago. I now have special insoles in my sneakers and I walk 4-5 miles a day with no problems.

I have struggled with two stress fractures that took a long time to heal. Just curious, what kind of insoles do you use? I have found that a topo athletic shoe works the best for me as it is wide toebox. I have custom-made orthotics that I don’t feel are super helpful. Thank you so much.
