If you optimize Creon (see https://digestthis.ca) and no improvement in watery bowel movements, two causes come to mind-
Creon is ineffective and evaluating another brand may give better results.

Another cause could be the beneficial bacteria in your GI tract were depleted through the treatment of antibiotic and an opportunistic bacteria has predominated. Clostridium difficile (C. diff) is a common hospital acquired (nosocomial) infection that will require testing for it and then treatment with a very specific antibiotic.

Another condition-SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth) is another possibility that a GI specialist can do a diagnostic work-up for.

I never responded to Imodium. The anti-diarrheal medications that worked for me were Rx atropine, Lomotil, Lomax, and Loperimide.

The BRAT diet of Banana, Rice, Apple Sauce and Toast can be helpful in solidifying the stool.
