Exercising. Wall squats, stomach exercises and very light weight lifting helped me. I don't stumble or lose my balance anymore.
Also use a revitive circulation booster. It flexs feet and calve muscles.
No more calf cramps after using for about 1 week. I use it everyday for 30 mins.

Hello hope you are well.
I had given up and got way out of shape. I have type 2. I am 67.
I just started exercise about 4 month ago. It is working with amazing results. Can I help you ?
