Dry needling and acupuncture

I have had both done for spine issues. I would highly recommend either of them. I only felt small prick from needle, it only took a few minutes. I closed my eyes and meditated like I was at a spa. So much better afterwards. PTs said if I have muscle cramps or aching again in back to come back. I told them I would.

I’ve had a similar experience. My insurance doesn’t cover those procedures, so…..I still get them though. It’s worth it.

To me, insurance should update their positions. Those procedures would help so many people and it’s much less than a lot of other treatments.

I agree. I was talking to a coworker and his wife has MS their both on Medicare and Drs drawn on it so their using their ins which won't pay for her injections . The shots are 18,000 for 3 shots so he has no choice but to keep working. Their looking for a different company or another way to pay for shots. What a shame they can't enjoy retirement. If anyone has any ideas plz pass them on. Thx
