Can neuropathy in my feet cause balance problems?

Idk if I have neuropathy or not. I have balance problems (I walk like a mild? drunk),left foot drop after craniotomy, left leg tingling (occasionally right before seizure, caused by craniotomy, but not usually), but no pain. I’ve read neuropathy is not always accompanied by pain, so I don’t know yet. Going to see the Great Wizard in February 🤞🏻

Hi I have only numbness no pain in my feet. I have had it for about 4 years then when I was Dx with Multiple Myeloma in 2019 it is much worse but still no pain. I have balance problems and walk with a cane. I know the chemo pills I take made it much worse. I'm 68 and just take my time. Good Luck to you !!
