repl, I have tried the IV infusions (vitamin C, D & Zinc) for Long Covid and they didn't help. I also tried a stronger one with Glutathiane in it and had a reaction. There is an infusion called Myer's Cocktail that I have not tried, but, I am hesitant due to my sensitivity. You are correct about Ebstein Barr virus as COVID can reactivate that virus in your body. I had to go to an Integrative Medicine (Eastern Medicine) doctor to get some answers. Long Covid is hard to treat and you have to unpeel it one layer at a time, like an onion. You have to treat the worst symptoms and keep working to get results.

Honestly, I am considering red light therapy right now for pain and fatigue enhanced by Covid. It has worked wonders for many.

I am on a lot of vitamins and have been for months and I honestly can't tell they are helping at this point.

Low Dose Naltrexone is also on the table to help with Long Covid, but, I couldn't tolerate that one either. It does help a lot of people thought.

I pray you can some relief. Blessings to you....

Hi Covidstinks,
Thanks for your response and list of what you’ve tried.
It’s good to hear what has or hasn’t been working for people.
Curious, have you tried a round of Paxlovid? I know my brain fog, swelling and fatigue all started to improve after 2 days. Not sure it’s a long term solution but there’s something there.

I use red light therapy and have found red and near infrared to be the best mix that helps the pains and muscle fatigue the most.

I too am super sensitive to things and have MCAS with anaphylaxis so am super weary of trying new things. But I found Paxlovid actually helped with my hives so I think there’s something to antivirals. And I take H1 and H2 blockers daily which helped stabilize me.

Please let me know if you find something that works!

Best Wishes!
