I take 45mg of Mirtazapine, and I don't think I experienced weight gain associated with it. I'll look back at my records and see if it did.

I think I had slowly gained weight during the years around that time, so in 2017 I cut back on sweet snacks and on second helpings at meal time, and got down from 208 to my comfortable weight of 155. I work to maintain around 160 lbs, which is about right for my 6'2" height. So, it's possible that I gained weight over the first few years of starting it, but it was quite gradual.
