Thanks for your input. Had a pet scan, showed a small area behind my intestine. Starting Doxil & Avastin 2/6, have an echo Doppler 2/2 before starting Doxil. I’m terrified of the side effects! Praying hard it zaps this beast!

@corday7578 I have you in my thoughts as you go forward. From everything I keep reading here medication and chemotherapy for cancer doesn't have the same effect on everyone. The doctors and nurses inform you of everything that could occur because that's their job to get you prepared. It's the not-knowing-part that is frightening. It is great that the small area was found and will be treated. Your cancer care team is very much on top of surveillance with you.
