I agree it’s a much, much easier read to have more indentations and paragraphs. The good old (some say old-fashioned) desk & laptop computers certainly made that much easier to do!
Unfortunately, these days many folks only have smartphones which are not as format friendly as our customary computers, or take advanced skills for better formatting. No real training comes with smartphones. My message for these folks would be to still don’t be discouraged from reaching out the best way you know how!
@johnbishop - Was it you that once posted about a tool where you can format better, then cut & paste into here? It might not have been for smartphone users, as it’s not easy when I use my phone. I admit I can’t get my phone to indent and space well.

Hi Debby, I do use notepad a lot on my computer if I'm doing a long response. Then cut and paste. I try not to get too wordy specifically because I too have issues reading long one paragraph posts. Hardest thing for me is trying to focus on the persons main concern or question they are looking to get a response or answer. I try not to do much on my iPhone because it's hard to search for references and keep your post open. I suppose one could use Safari on their phone for Connect and also download another browser app like Chrome to use for references for copy/paste.

On the flipside, I realize when a person is in a lot of pain they are not exactly thinking about readability. They are more focused on pouring it all out and hoping someone can help or point them in the right direction, at least that's my thinking.
