You personally have to make less than $80,000 a year. I was a teacher and made a lot kess. Your husband’s income doesn’t matter.

It could change from year to year, but I did not get hit with the income restriction (thankfully, because I go through a lot of Creon).

When I originally applied and was accepted, it appears to have been under the program now described on their website as the "CREON On Course" program:

"Support and educational resources for people with EPI. If you have EPI (exocrine pancreatic insufficiency) due to chronic pancreatitis, pancreatectomy, or other conditions that are not cystic fibrosis, CREON On Course offers support and resources for your needs."
