Anyone Taking Mirtazapine for Sleep?

My psychiatrist added Mirtazapine to my Wellbutrin when it started to help less with depression. I tried Abilify first and found it had no effect, but Mirtazapine got me back to a more stable place. I don't recall any side effects, but I know I'm complicated. I also took Clonazepam for 15 years until 3 months ago, and it helped my quality of sleep, along with a CPAP machine. If you snore or wake up suddenly, a sleep study might be helpful in deciding what treatment would be best for you. Obesity is a common factor, but I've always been thin - my wife uses the word skinny - so weight isn't necessarily a determining factor. However, uncontrolled sleep apnea can result in a number of serious health issues, so it's not a bad idea to rule it out.
