Didn’t want to take the estrogen blocker. Got all the info and stats and it was recommended but just didnt think I could live with how I would feel. Didn’t even want to try it.
Doing everything else - diet wise and seeing a functional dr. and making sure I heal my body in as many ways as is available. Decreasing toxins, ionized water, filtered water, only whole foods (mostly), no sugar, exersize, lost 15lbs. etc. researching everything. I just know that if it comes back - I can live with my decision. My quality of life at this point is good and my diagnosis was so borderline (6mm tumor -stage 0, grade 2, her2+, no lymphs, clear margins) as far as decisions I discerned that is what God was telling me. That I will be ok (for now ☺️). 🙏
