My pain after the injections is also worse. I have no idea why or what to do about it.

There’s not much you can do. Give yourself about one month and a half and the pain will come down. My doctor gave me gabapentin, but I only took it one day or two. It didn’t help. I don’t like taking too many pills when I don’t need them.
