I deal with explosive diarrhea, severe cramping and vomiting nearly all the time. Get this......my GI told me "I would have to learn to [manage my expectations]", whatever the "H" that means! 🤣 I asked him [a little sarcastically, I will admit] if that meant I could never expect to be without it?! 😆 I get a very puzzled look from other drs when I tell them about this response! But, I find the only thing that helps me is Imodium, but you have to be careful not to take too much, or then you end up in, what I call, a "dance" with Imodium. What I mean by that is that it can constipate you with too much. Then, when it wears off, i am back to the diarrhea! Lord, what fun I have in my life! I'm sorry I am not more help, but I have been unable to get a Dr to help me with this problem!
