@mike5450 prior to my procedure I was able to ejaculate. Since my procedure (almost a year now) I do get an erection which takes some doing due to lack of stimulation and I experience the build up but then nothing. Unfortunately it has resulted in even less desire. Hopefully one day I will have a pleasant surprise and ejaculate.

Forgive a dumb question … if you were already retrograde - how do you ejaculate? I understand having an orgasm but w/o ejaculate. I thought that was retrograde? But you still have ejaculate? Just trying to learn…thanks.
