Read up on "dose response method".
This has been my method of testing each product I try. I have eliminated most supplements, vitamins, and other "treatments" which have low or no effect by this method.
This method has provided my entire regimen to knocking down Covid once infected, ending most long covid symptoms (except Vegas nerve and serotonin interferance). The bittter herb and phytochem producing family of plantsis what I am focussing on now to kill the remnant virus. I tested in November and my symptoms of Long Covid disappeared after 30 days. The flares went down to once per week and were easy to control and end within 6 to 8 hours versus 3 to 5 days.
Then ai contracted Flu A which led to another Sars infection (per ressearch on this interaction, published) and bronchitis. I am just now able to prepare a new batxh kast night. I started the fast on Wednesday to prepare.
No sugars of any type (worst inflamatory substance)
Carbohydrates extremely limited
Consuming roasted broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, asparagus, and 4 to 6 brazil nuts each 4 days (selenium).
