I am also in the same range of you guys with my T score in my spine of -4.6 and my femur not so bad at -2.1. I have been on Evenity for over 6 months now and tolerated side effects.
I’m 50 years old, premenopausal, diagnosed with osteoporosis, t-score of -3.5. I’ve had 2 Evenity shots. After the 2nd one I reacted with racing heart, near fainting, hyperventilating and tingling hands and feet for at least an hour. The drug rep and my doctor decided not to continue my treatment with Evenity. I don’t know where to go from here. What treatment did you decide on? You’re one of the youngest I’ve read about with advanced OP. It’s such a big decision to make at this age because we have the rest of our lives of treatment to face.
@autievintage many people do really well with Evenity without side effects. I don't want anything that I post to affect anyone else because I react to flavored seltzer!! Docs generally follow-up with Reclast or Fosamax, and sometimes Prolia. There really aren't any other choices.
