I had a uti that wasn’t really a uti. I was referred to a uro-gynecologist who prescribed estrogen cream and pelvic floor PT.
This has fixed the problem. If I slack off with the estrogen, the uti symptoms return.

Where did you get pelvic floor instruction?

I haven’t had a UTI or yeast infection in several years, which is shocking. No bladder problems either. However, I want to prevent them. Most all of my friends are up peeing several times per night. They seem content to do nothing about it! I don’t understand. And most every woman I know over 60 keeps UTIs. So, I was doing research when I ran across the estradiol information. At first, I didn’t realize I needed it, but I definitely see a difference now. Now on to the exercises.

Same for me. I was the generation that was taken of hormone therapy at 55 and developed female issue afterwards such as urology infections, ostepenia and later ostepososis and calcified cardiac arterys. I, also, shrank, over 2 1/2 inches in height. So by 70 I demanded to go back on, Better late than never. I really resent what was done to my generation. Even my mother's generation got estrogen. She lived to 96,

@susanfalcon52 what were your symptoms?
Thanks
