Patches are dermal. Take too long.
Gum (chew slightly and put under tongue or in cheek) or pouches. I use Zyn 6 mg.
My target dose for issues and weight is 40 to 50 mg per day. The long covid is gone. The flares are manageable. My rhumatologist was "worried" about an addiction. I am worried about having a life. I won.
