Pain 5 months after oophorectomy

Any experience pain months after ovaries were removed ? Went to see OB yesterday. He did internal exam. Not a thing he did hurt me so he said basically I'm fine and just let him know if I get worse, but pain is definitely there. Comes and goes and can be when sitting, standing , walking etc. Very random. Still feel it today. Like a pulling feeling.
