Ok Seroquel is the worst to taper off. Please talk to your psychiatrist to help you. I took 300mg and we weened off of it for several weeks. That med.. gave me horrible nightmares. My family could hear me shouting “Help me” from another room. My sister takes it before bedtime and thinks it’s wonderful. I guess medicines affect people in different ways. Seriously though do not ever just go cold turkey to get off of any kind of medicine. Always, always tell your doctor what you’re doing and they will help you to taper off the correct way. Good luck.
