Hi @l0lag0lag0b3, When my primary care team did an ultrasound of my leg at our local Mayo family clinic he wasn't able to tell whether or not I had a blood clot so he ordered a D-dimer test that morning and got the results back in the afternoon with really high numbers so he called and I made a trip to the ER where they did find a blood clot in my leg. I went home that night after 4 plus hours at the ER and was feeling pretty good but then sometime after midnight I started feeling short of breath and feeling some chest pain so went back to the ER and spend the next day and night in the hospital after they found a blood clot in the lungs. I wasn't experiencing any of the breathing or chest pain symptoms on my first trip to the ER so was extremely lucky how things played out.
