I have neuropathy in my feet. No pain little tingling. However the numbness is increasing. Can anyone advise of a way to eliminate the numbness?

Hi,

I love my Tevas, I get them at DSW and the Teva website. I walk my dogs, so I average between 10,000 and 20,000 steps a day and they have held up well, I do wear them out. I also have Merrills with a fur lining. (Happiness is!) Hokas, there is one that is like walking on a cloud, I will find the model.

I’ve heard of TESLA MAX which uses DC versus AC, but not having any luck. It might be AC versus DC.

I was told by older persons who dealt with numb feet to simply get some plastic buckets from Home Depot and fill them with hot water and Epsom salt and safely stand in the buckets.

I love my Hokas, as ugly as they are. I bought the thicker soles and it has helped me tremendously. I don’t have numbness, but I have random constant burning pain for the last 4 yrs. My wonderful chemo side effect

It takes at least 1 cup of Epsom salts and 20min. for the analgesic effect.
Go to Amazon.com and get leg elevation/wedge pillow
$ 33.99
I've been using one on my easy chair for twenty years,
and it is the most effective tool to support circulation,
and reduce swelling and nerve pain.
A small mini cooler works for both ice water or warm
Epsom salt soaks. Diane
