Has medical marijuana helped your nerve pain?

Interesting, how would that even be possible to not get a high from THC?
I do have my medical Marijuana card, but struggle to find a product that doesn’t get me too high. Even when I smoked it in the 70s, pot has always made me paranoid. 🙁

It’s not that I don’t get mentally high but my numbness intensifies to the point I can hardly walk.
It’s been a progressive reaction that is not worth the mental high. No fun at all!
