Hi Ginger,

I'm so sorry to hear that you are on dialysis, it makes me feel like comments are easy compared to what you are going through. Yes, it does get a bit daunting at times. Thank you for all of your replies to my posts I so appreciate that. I was just going to post on another subject which is my constipation issues. What a pain in the a__. I will post in the right area and I'm sure you will get the chance to see what's been going on and all I want is a normal bowel movement without straining. I take Metamucil, Miralax, lots of water, roughage, on and on. What's a woman to do! Nancy : ) BTW, I am on many meds and I do wonder if this has anything to do with the issue. I have had colonoscopies and some removed and they were clean. Actually it's worse lately and I have read so many things re const. and they vary quite a bit. I took a laxative last night because I have to clean myself out. Sorry for the lousy subject. This one came up twice. What the heck and I doing wrong??

@nscappa Be careful what you use for medications for constipation, Some are not kidney friendly. Actually something that is simple is exercise! Walking, sweeping, shoveling snow, all will get your muscles moving and not only help with the depression, but stimulate your core muscles.
