I am sorry dloos that you have all these symptoms with as yet, no resolution.

As a few of us have said, a negative Sjögren’s test does not necessarily mean that you do not have SS. It has been found that quite a significant percentage of ‘sufferers’ remain seronegative for some time or forever. These estimates are based on individual studies which range from 15% to something like 48% seronegative. However when these ‘Sjögren suspicious’ patients are clinically examined by a specialist Rheumatologist many can be fairly reliably diagnosed based on symptoms and other parameters.

Did you have a lip biopsy done or blood testing?

If you enjoy reading medical article abstracts there are quite a number of them accessible online which provide information and data on this topic of SS seronegativity.

I’ve had three blood tests. I was told definitively “not Sjogrens”. Thank you for the information. I do feel all I do is read medical studies!
I will ask my doctor about a referral to a rheumatologist.
