Did you mean to say 1 million or 100 thousand?
Usually over 100,000 but are you having symptoms? Fever, pain, frequency, burning, blood, bladder spasms, etc?
However, this question would be best answered by your physician or seeing a urologist.

Has your doctor spoken to you about doing a round of antibiotics and increasing your hydration to flush out infection, yet?

If it is found in a catheter , it might be considered a problem, If there are symptoms accompanying this report, it could indicate a problem, but it may just indicate a dirty specimen . It is a good idea to call your doctor and get a recollection.
