Hi again Ginger,

I try to do all the things that I should re my CKD3 the only thing I don't do regularly is exercise. My depression doesn't help. I am very happy with my neph. and my blood work in two weeks should help with my questions to him. I could ask him if he thinks I should be seen sooner if he thinks it's needed. Thank you again for always being there for us. Nancy

@nscappa My reply to you got lost earlier, doing it from my phone.

I understand the depression angle, and not getting out to exercise. But if you try walking around your house, or out into the yard for a few minutes, maybe just going around the block, you'll find how much better it makes you feel. Fresh air even for a few minutes, is a real tonic.
That's what I do, too.

It's all such a balancing act, isn't it? Diet, sleep, exercise, diet, and medications. We often need to change or "tweak" them around as the situation changes. I recently had to change up my dialysis prescription, stop some medications, and even rethink my diet. Whew!

What do you think about getting out for a walk?
