I’m reading these comments and wondering about things. Any gym is 15 miles away; I don’t want to drive in bad weather though I have a good sub for winter. Can’t afford a trainer. No swimming pool near ( gym 15 miles away). Just discouraging

I use a program on YouTube. Its easy to do. She has many workouts from chair to pretty tough. Improved health is just one of many programs online for seniors. The big part is just deciding to pick one and do it.

@mydogsbestfriend ,
First your I.D. is great. I am my dog's best friend. My wife and I have arguments as she thinks she is and this just makes the dog happier as he gets his way with us trying to please him.

You can do all the exercise you need in your home. Have you considered stretch bands. They come in all strengths and with instructions. I use them as went through PT for back and posture and fine them very good to address specific areas.

On bad days in here in Florida I walk inside house. I made a path that takes about 2 minutes to do a lap and try to do 20-30 minutes. If you can only do 10 it will help. You don't give your age or if you have an medical conditions that need to be address before doing exercises. Always check with your doctor before doing exercises.

I have heart failure and have an ICD/Pacemaker. Cardologist, PCP, Heart Failure doctor are adamant I exercise and I do. every consider a stationary bike or treadmill? As I mentioned above I walk inside when outside is not good. I do do water aerobics but it is addition to my other exercising.
