Ongoing chronic groin pain

I started that journey after I had emergency gallbladder surgery March 2023, apparently they didn’t pay attention to my medical history while moving me into position when my gallbladder was removed. Placed me in a position where I was not properly elevated to support the hardware in place. I woke up with such severe pain in my groin I couldn’t get out of the hospital bed. Turns out I now have a hip labrum tear. Went into surgery no pain in my groin to wake up to not being able to get out of bed. (I almost fell but my nurse caught me!!!)
To make matters worse I now need to have a fusion in my SI joint left side. When everything doesn’t alone the next in line hours haywire…
A bit of backstory of my past spinal surgeries… (yes multiple) I have had 7 previous surgeries from laminectomies to spinal fusion with hardware from T2 to L5/S1. Fall at work on a cement floor was where this all started 2014.
My insurance refused to agree with my surgeon regarding the SI joint fusion portion he wanted to include with my last surgery in 2021. He told them with my history it was medically necessary but the pier to pier didn’t go in my favor
With the hardware he was already placing in my back he knew that would need support at the SI joint. (Back history on SI right side fusion was done with my 5th surgery nothing done to right side due to stupid insurance policies
Unfortunately because of the damage in my spine that fusion was a failure aka the screw broke and had to be removed 6 months later. I’m still waiting to see if it’s been recalled because yes that is a thing with hardware😳
I’ve had PT, injections, pain management etc..
I’ve seen a hip orthopedic doctor, everything possible to avoid another surgery. Fast forward to surgery day January 5th 2024 and I arrive to find out surgery is canceled because my last MRI was now 10 months old any insurance required an MRI of lumbar spine within a 9 month timeframe. Because it is now January and I start my deductible AGAIN I will have to pay for an unnecessary MRI as my surgeon says because we’ve already determined it is the SI joint causing the pain waste of $1165
So to finish up, I had injection in the SI joint with immediate relief afterwards, that lasted 4 days. Proof positive that my SI joint was the cause of the majority of my groin pain.
I cannot lie down for more than an hour
AND FOR ME ICE IS MY VERY BEST FRIEND, NUMBS ME UP ENOUGH TO GET MOVING AROUND & THEN I CAN FUNCTION SOMEWHAT!
(Labrum is on the mend with steroid injections so I do not currently need to have surgery on that!)
Long story but felt necessary to give most information possible!

After trying to message you a long message and struggling staying awake I accidentally deleted what I was typing ( so frustrating) . I was accidentally twisted while setting down 3 weeks after my surgery. Fast forward 9 months still in pain . I’ve seen 3 surgeon’s that say everything is healed get a pain stimulator. The testicle and anal pain is worse, my urologist referred me to a pelvic therapist ( there’s not many For men) and she said my tailbone was bent. After trying the foam roller exercise at home it made the nerve pain worse right away. You might ask about yours. Best of luck praying all our pains go away.
