Today I learnt that dealing with people is hard but it isn't

Today I learnt that dealing with people is hard but it isn't as hard as coping with the impact on my body. Trying to let go of the anger is difficult but it's in progress.

Thanks Momentum and Piglit. Yes I tried to learn this...practical part is a challenge. I did my best to protect myself from getting hurt while I have to attend an appointment regarding my job search and the person decided to back off and end the meeting session. Still has such an impact on me since all my guards is up and the past abusive memory became real again. I came out like I had been working all day and I am just woken up from the rest. I'm feeling ok now and will try to forget about it.

So sorry that the appoinment didn't go well for you my sweet, can't believe that they backed off and ended the session. This person/people are meant to be helping you and giving support in regards to your work experience. Quite unbelievable isn't it ? Big hugs piglit x0x0

Piglit, that is why I'm upset but I defended myself and told her how she did not helping me and stressed me out without necessary. She ended when I said to her to her last comment that that wasn't her business and I am able to look after myself.

It's really good my sweet that you spoke up for yourself. Maybe you could arrange to see someone else to help you. This person doesn't seem good for you everytime you go she gives you negatives instead of positives about your work. No point goingto see someone as unprofessional as she seems to be. She's meant to make your feel good and encourage you not put you down. x0
