As we all know we are facing an ongoing pandemic. The importance of blood donations were high pre covid-19 era, but now they're exponentially important. Its important to maintain our blood banks on a consistent basis to keep up with patient needs. Its much more difficult maintaining blood bank levels while dealing with our worlds pandemic. When a person contracts the covid-19 disease they begin to build up an immunity to the disease. These are known as antibodies, and are important to defending against Covid-19.
