could natural supplements in vitamins with ginseng or yohimbe have caused this condition – secondary hypertension – my bp and other numbers have always been excellent – 104/70 trying to figure cause as seems incidental – only one in family

I have heard different weight restrictions from several different doctors. It's hard to know what to follow. I also have Osteoporosis and am going to OsteoStrong,which is weight bearing isometric exercises. Is this safe? My cardiologist says it is as long as I remember to breathe
