I have heard different weight restrictions from several different doctors. It's hard to know what to follow. I also have Osteoporosis and am going to OsteoStrong, which is weight bearing isometric exercises. Is this safe? My cardiologist says it is as long as I remember to breathe

1 ReactionI have heard various numbers when a person should have the surgery. Mine is at a 4.6 and I am 65 years old. I've heard 5.0 and 5.5. Also I am a small person and have heard different numbers for that too.
could natural supplements in vitamins with ginseng or yohimbe have caused this condition - secondary hypertension - my bp and other numbers have always been excellent - 104/70 trying to figure cause as seems incidental - only one in family
