I did the fairly traditional PMR taper ... #39;m back to 95% of where I was pre-PMR ... 5 months I have not been battling PMR ... using the muscles (and bursae) you normally ... to do things the way I did before PMR

PMR diagnosis in about 2016. ... osteoporosis or fibromyalgia as I can’t have PMR ... sed rate..highest 36 and CRP always normal ... Palindromic PMR (arthritis?)
