@cocodab -- I have the same cravings for sugar but I really try to avoid it...
it along with alcohol as both make neuropathy ... #39;ve stopped eating most processed foods ... and have eliminated fast foods which ... ☺
I take some supplements which ... help my neuropathy -- mainly I believe

diet since 1999, went from organic foods ... of elevated B6, I discontinued any supplement ... conducted an exam for large fiber neuropathy ... arms but no indication of large fiber neuropathy ... prior to me taking a multi-B complex supplement
