I don’t think the statins have caused ... my neuropathy because I’ve had it for ... Between those two meds, my neuropathy

I had lower back and buttocks pain. Pain specialist ran an EMG. Test results indicated neuropathy....

In 2019 I started having foot and leg pain. I couldn't walk a block nor stand...
Diagnosis: idiopathic peripheral neuropathy ... hinted that it might be caused by a statin ... the only MD who even questioned the statin ... So YES, statins can - and do- cause ... neuropathy.
